Bagi penderita diabetes, konsumsi buah tinggi gula perlu mendapat perhatian khusus agar kadar gula darah tidak melonjak secara drastis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Buah yang Perlu Diwaspadai<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari ulasan di <em>Hello Sehat <\/em>dan lansiran artikel <em>DKonsul<\/em>, buah seperti mangga, pisang, semangka, nanas, ceri, kurma, pir, anggur, dan delima disebut sebagai buah yang gula alaminya tinggi dan perlu diperhatikan oleh penderita diabetes. Faktanya, 166 gram nanas mengandung sekitar 16 gram gula. Mangga juga termasuk tinggi gula karena satu porsinya (165 gram) mengandung sekitar 22 gram gula atau lebih dari 14%. Menurut situs Alodokter, Kementerian Kesehatan RI merekomendasikan asupan gula harian maksimal 50 gram atau sekitar 4 sendok makan. Penderita diabetes juga disarankan tidak melebihi batas tersebut setiap hari.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mengapa Buah Tinggi Gula Bisa Menjadi Risiko?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada penderita diabetes, tubuh kesulitan mengatur kadar gula darah terutama setelah makan. Jika buah yang dikonsumsi menyumbang banyak gula (meskipun gula alami), hal itu dapat memicu lonjakan glukosa darah. Tidak perlu dihindari secara total, tapi dikontrol agar tidak berlebihan.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pilih buah dengan kadar gula yang rendah<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Buah beri (seperti stroberi, rasberi, blueberry) cenderung memiliki gula lebih rendah dibanding buah tropis manis.
